Such as:
Death by fire: Victim forgot all about stop, drop, and roll and was burned to death by killer.
Death by lava: Victim remembers that lava isn't something good to be diving into.
Death by missile: Killer's missile followed victim all the way home.
Death by hitting ground: Victim forgot to bring parachutes

death by missile: "victim" sh*t his pants as soon as he heard "killers" missile lock. death by ripper: "killer's" ripper caught "victim" on the ricochet. ctrl+k: "victim" took the nub's way out. death by falling: "victim" got confused and forget to jet. death by admin: either "killer" is being abusive or "victim" is an idiot. killing flag carrier: "victim" probably thought the flag was safe from "killer" death by anni: right now, "victim" probably thinks "killer" is a nub for using the annihilator. yeah i was bored and didn't want to study for avia 210.  |

Death by RMS scatterpack: (victim) just found out the hard way what happens when smithereens are blown up.
Roadkill (hitting somebody with a vehicle): (killer)'s windshield wipers promptly deal with (victim).
ELF kill: (victim) suffers a slow and annoying death from (killer)'s ELF.
Mine suicide: (victim) totally meant to do that.
