The loading screen is being redone, to this end, there will be "tips" on gameplay that will be displayed at random. Small one-line tips that could help out newer players such as:
Pressing your Beacon key will change the firing mode of your current weapon.
I'm sure you can figure out where I'm going with this.

Are you asking us to give some ideas, or just inform us? I think this is a great idea and here are some suggestions:
Use your targeting laser! All classes have a special targeting laser that can really help you out.
Don't forget to pick an armor module!
Check the forums for guides, tips, updates and more!
Don't be afraid to ask for help, most of the experienced players will be glad to help you.

Concussion Grenades can knock your current weapon and pack off as well as inhibit your movement.
Be careful, Whiteout Grenades will blind you for short periods!

Don't forget to map a key for your "Mod Hud" in your control settings.
Change your mechs, voices, spawn load outs and more with the Mod Hud!

Remember not to fall in lava. It usually means death.
Be sure to change your modes on weapons. A different mode may benefit you more.
If your poisoned or on fire. Use a healthkit. I will remove the effects.
Remember scouts can augment vehicles. They come in real handy when facing certain problems.
Choose modules wisely. For even though they each have a benefit. They also have a detriment. (that would could probably be worded better.)
Mitzi boosters are great ways to get around quickly in almost any armor.
Be sure to use the boost on your energy pack. It can save you from a sticky situation.
Remember the shocklance is most effective when you backstab your target.
Remember if you cry and whine your subject to admin powers. (please put that one in!!! Please Please Please)
All i can think of for now..... besides this last one :
Beware of this douchebag called Console. He can play havoc with the server at a whim.

Don't idle while you're at an inventory station. Get on, get off, and get on your way.
Playing an engineer? Be considerate and only use what you need. Don't waste items!
Engineers: Check on your team's Defense+ Device from time to time and make sure it isn't low on health.
Remember that engineers have access to the reassembler. It makes repairs a breeze!
