Are the shields on base sensors unusually though?
I've noticed that it usually takes twice as much ammo to take them down.
Just seems a bit weird to me.

Generators, Sensors and Turrets had a health and shielding increase because they were too weak and often 1-shotted by a Mortar and StarHammers and the like.

I see what you mean there but I was talking about just sensors.
I thought about it a bit and I remembered that weapon fire from turrets is linked to energy as is shields. So since sensors aren't using energy to kill you they are a bit harder to kill.
